
Fitness Pilates is a modern, research based group fitness class.
It utilises all of the principles of traditional Pilates, but offers modifications, diversifications and updated exercise prescription to provide a controlled body conditioning program. I add my own unique flavour to this class making it the perfect mind, body solution to your health, well being and overall fitness.
